Minutes: February 20, 2011

Diversity lecture series with Dr. Dave Porter - The colts physician will be giving a lecture on Thursday March 3rd 2011, in CH033 at 5:30pm. A free dinner will follow the lecture for MAPS members only. R.S.V.P by February 27th to email@example.com. There are limited spaces so please R.S.V.P early.

Maps Retreat - The MAPS retreat will be March 26th and 27th, R.S.V.P by March 6th with $40 to Michelle Metcalf (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Networking Night - The annual networking night will be Sunday April 3rd 2011 at 6p.m. Mark your calendars to attend the event and start informing your friends and classmate. You can help by recruiting health professionals for the event. Email MAPSNetworkingNight@gmail.com to get an official letter to send to health professionals.
National Conference - The national conference is Thursday April 21st to April 23rd. If you would like to attend, please contact Mychael Spencer (email@example.com) by March 6th. The tentative price to attend the national conference will be $150.00
Health Programs Fair - The HPPLC Health Programs fair is Wednesday March 2nd from 11am-3pm in the Alumni Hall, IMU. Feel free to stop by the MAPS booth while visiting the health fair.
SNMA Med-Student Mentors - Our chapter will be partnering with SNMA medical students. If you are interested in having a medical student mentor please contact Shenae Williams (firstname.lastname@example.org)
