    Principal Investigator - Client: Foellinger Foundation of Fort Wayne Indiana Funding: $470, 000. (January 99-December 03)
    Project Management Experience • Directed an internal team of staff members in the evaluation study • Managed resources and budgetary issues • Coordinated and trained a team of site-visitors for data collection • Responsible for regular communication with members of the foundation and areas school districts • Collaborated with experts consulting on the study
    Research Experience • Designed and directed the second, third and fourth year data collection and evaluation activities, including development of instruments • Conducted data analysis using a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods • Prepared monthly, interim and final reports for clients

    Client: Michigan Department of Education Project: Michigan Small Class Size Initiative Funding: $100, 000. (June 99- August 02) Served as Principal Investigator and Project Manager, coordinated site visitors, wrote interim and final reports.

    Client: Community Foundation of Wabash County Project: Community Alliance to Promote Education Funding: $300, 000. (July 01-February 03). Served as Principal Investigator and Project manager, conducted evaluations of nine separate programs in Wabash County.
