Service/Outreach Projects

    Measurement Consultant, Government of Indonesia (August, 1985). Resident consultancy, one month in Jakarta, Indonesia. Developed a plan for the construction of a national graduate level scholastic aptitude test. The test is to be in the Indonesian language, and will be used for selection of graduate students for both Foreign and domestic graduate programs. The plan also includes development of a national testing center.

    Measurement Consultant, Government of Indonesia (June 1986). Resident consultancy, one month in Jakarta, Indonesia. Reviewed test construction, item analysis and national test administration procedures. Participated in construction and national administration of second graduate aptitude test. Developed procedures for formation of a national testing center.

    Exchange Professor, Warsaw University, Poland (May-June 1988). Lectured and met with psychology faculty and students at five colleges and universities in Poland. Presently pursuing joint research projects with Polish psychology faculty members at two universities.

    Exchange Professor, Warsaw University, Poland (May-June 1989). Extension of previous year's visit. Met with several faculty members with whom I had begun research projects or developed common research interests.

    Taught graduate course in educational assessment to students in Malawi, June 2002.
