Maasai Education Discovery:
- MED is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization located in Narok, Kenya. MED was founded in 1999 by Ledama Olekina, a Maasai from Kenya to promote education for the Maasai people.

- Indiana University-Bloomington provides the structure in which IU OHOT is able to operate and reach its goals.

One Laptop Per Child:
- The IU OHOT group supports the OLPC initiative by purchasing and then distributing the XO to underserved communities in Africa.

- The Daraja project at IU Bloomington supports development initiatives in Kenya and is a member organization of the African Education & Development Relief project.
