WATER FITNESS GROUP EXERCISE SESSIONS

Enjoy this low impact, 45 minute workout with our professionally trained and nationally certified instructors!

Deep Water Exercise:  M/W  |  8:15-9pm

Shallow Water Exercise:  T/Th  |  12:15-1pm


TOTAL TECHNIQUE SWIM TRAINING – $67

This program provides technique and drill work for the established swimmer looking to fine tune their swim strokes (must be able to swim 50 yards continuously). Participants will learn lap swim etiquette while performing training techniques to build swim endurance and efficiency.


swimFIT – $67

Want a challenging lap swim workout? swimFIT provides eight 45-minute instructor-led customized workout. All fitness levels welcome. 5-7 participants per instructor.
