Print and fill out one of the following forms and turn it in to
the front desk of the IUOP. Group lesson requests cannot be processed over
the phone or online. Each form is specific to each session, so be sure to
print out the correct form. group lessons can, and often do, close prior
to registration deadlines (on each form) due to class size limitations.
Group lesson are $45 per child, per lesson.

Discounted packages are available for semi-private and private lessons.
Packages must be used on or before September 1st an are non-refundable for
