The National Speleological Society:
All IUCC members are encouraged, but not required, to join the National
Speleological Society (NSS). The NSS is a national organization that is
dedicated to the exploration, conservation, and study of caves. They
publish a monthly newsletter, the NSS News, and a quarterly
