Hapkido Terminology

We don't rely on Korean terminology as much as do many other clubs, but even so it can get confusing if you don't know what we mean by a certain name or command. Here are a few terms. (Spellings for Korean terms may vary from source to source)

The terms below have been spelled out phonetically. Different groups will romanize these words in different ways. We have tried to provide the most common romanizations here. Your milage may vary depending who you speak to about these terms.
