Dissertation: "Language Maintenance and Shift Among the Russian Old Believers of Erie, Pennsylvania."

Specialties/Research Interests: Teaching of Russian and Czech, pedagogy training for Associate Instructors, sociolinguistics, language maintenance and shift.

Current project(s): Materials and curriculum development for less commonly taught Slavic and East European languages, Russian Old Believer immigration to the eastern U.S., history and lexicon of the Russian Old Believers of Pennsylvania.
