In March 2008, a group of IU faculty (R. Feldstein, S. Franks, N. Rekhter, and O. Chernishenko) visited Rostov-on-Don, Russia. On this visit , the IU faculty met with the Southern Federal University faculty participating in the US-Russia Global-Health-Care Program project, visited various medical and cultural sites of the city, and worked on planning the IU student May ’08 trip to Rostov.
