The Excel computer program can be found on the Intel based machines in any of the UCS clusters located in Ballantine Hall, Business, Education, Fine Arts, Hyper, IMU, Jordan, Lindley, Psychology, SPEA, Student Bldg., Woodburn and Wylie. Room numbers and other information about these locations can be found on the World Wide Web at

Seated at a UCS Intel based computer in any of the UCS clusters you should be looking at a screen display that is headed "Program Manager." If not, turn the machine off, wait a minute and turn it on again. The machine will go through a long startup routine with different messages flashing and pausing on the screen. In time it will automatically cycle to the "Program Manager" screen display.
Within the Program Manager screen display there is an icon marked "Microsoft Office" - click on this icon. On the next screen display you will find an icon for "Microsoft Excel," which you click on. The Excel spread sheet will appear.
