• All Foreign checks over $250.00 must be recorded on their own CR and routed to the Bloomington Bursar office for proper international collections. Please contact Valerie Pritchett for the most current procedures.

IUPUI campus units depositing via Accounting Services:

NOTE: Foreign Checks written for less than $250.00 USD must not be accepted and will not be negotiable at our banks. In other words, the University can not collect the funds on foreign checks written for under $250.00 US dollars. Please request an alternative form of payment.
