 These files reproduce the results from the book:

    ^ch2rm4.do^: Ch 2-Continuous Outcomes
    ^ch3rm4.do^: Ch 3-Binary Outcomes
    ^ch4rm4.do^: Ch 4-Hypothesis Testing and Goodness of Fit.
    ^ch5rm4.do^: Ch 5-Ordinal Outcomes
    ^ch6rm4.do^: Ch 6-Nominal Outcomes
    ^ch7rm4.do^: Ch 7-Limited Outcomes
    ^ch8rm4.do^: Ch 8-Count Outcomes

 The associated files *.ok have the log files that these generate.

 The following data files are used:

    ^binlfp.dta^:   Labor force participation from T. Mroz (n=758).
    ^couart.dta^:   Scientific productivity of biochemists (n=915).
    ^nomocc.dta^:   Occupational attainment from the 1982 General 
                  Social Survey (n=337).
    ^ordwarm2.dta^: Attitudes about how working women relate to 
                  their children from the 1977 & 1989 General Social
                  Survey (n=2298). Note, an older version of this
                  file (ordwarm.dta) had incorrecct labels.
    ^regjob.dta^:   Prestige of first academic jobs (n=408).
    ^tobjob.dta^:   Prestige of first academic jobs (n=408).
