Jewish Studies Graduate Student Association

Open to all graduate students interestested in Jewish Studies.

From JSGSA President Emma Cudahy: Greetings! I hope your summer has been both productive and relaxing, and that everyone is rested and prepared for the start of the upcoming academic year!

Our first meeting will be held on Thursday, August 21st at 7pm at the Irish Lion. The restaurant is located just off the square in downtown Bloomington, at 212 W. Kirkwood Avenue. Come and join us to learn more about the JSGSA and share any ideas you might have about potential meetings or events during the upcoming school year. We will also be determining our 2014-2015 meeting schedule, as well as our plans for the JSGSA’s 3rd annual conference.

The JSGSA is a wonderful source of support for both incoming and veteran graduate students. Be sure to join us for a great time, and plenty of delicious food! Please RSVP to emma.cudahy@gmail.com by Tuesday evening, August 19th so that we can make a timely reservation.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon, and welcoming our new graduate students to the IU Borns Jewish Studies Program!

Best,
Emma
