Introduction to Case

This case is about Sebastian, a student with a disability found in possession of drugs in school. Through this case you will learn about the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act as it relates to disciplining students with disabilities, and you will experience the multidisciplinary student study team's process in determining the relationship between Sebastian's disability and infraction of school rules.
