Certificate Programs
KEP can create custom certificate programs for a single organization or for a consortia of organizations. Certificate programs combine a selection of courses on a set of topics that, when combined, can result in a certificate as well as the continuing education credit required by many industries.
We currently offer the following certificates as well as custom certificate program upon request.
Business Administration
This certificate is designed for managers who wish to extend their skills beyond their current specialty. This program of study gives a general background in four fundamental areas of business administration to prepare you for a more cross-functional responsibility.
To achieve the certificate, participants must attend one course in each category listed below and two additional courses from any category.

- Building a Truly Customer Driven Enterprise
- Developing a Powerful Marketing Plan
Category C
- Introduction to Financial Statements and Analysis
- Project Management: People, Process, and Planning
- Project Management: Tools, Techniques and Technology
Professional Management
The Professional Management Certificate is comprised of a practical set of courses – covering knowledge, skills, and strategies critical to success as a manager, supervisor or team or project leader. The goal is to have the courses follow each participant back to work and instructors believe that active involvement in the learning process is the best method to accomplish that.
To achieve the Professional Management Certificate, participants must attend three courses in category A and one additional course from Category B.
