* Leave the subject line blank, and in the body of the message type(note the dashes):

• If you are a kneehigh parent: subscribe knee-high-parents

• If you are kneehigh staff[hourly/workstudy]: subscribe knee-high-staff

*Majordomo will send you an e-mail acknowledging your request...

Note: Be sure to delete or disable any signature files, since Majordomo will
attempt to interpret these lines as commands, resulting in rejection of
your subscription request.
