Outside Jobs

WHAT IS AN OUTSIDE JOB?

In addition to working your 5 hour shifts, your family will take on outside job.

An outside job is an additional duty in addition to your other Knee High shift obligations. Generally, senior members take on the more difficult jobs, such as treasurer or scheduler, while new members have less-time intensive duties, like ordering new books.

Like your shifts, your outside job is critical to Knee High’s operation. And while you can always ask for help, you are responsible for its duties throughout the year.

Throughout your membership, you may hold one job. If membership drops to lower numbers, you may temporarily hold more than one job.

Moreover, you may stick with one job role you like or you may experience many different kind of jobs. Rest assured, with help from your fellow members, you’ll keep Knee High operating well.
