skills, and initiative to add to the organization's resources and strength.
3. The LEC hosts the Annual Latino Leadership Conference which celebrates
the uniqueness of Latino students in a forum by and for students and cultivates
the exchange of ideas, values, and beliefs in order to promote scholarship,
development, and empowerment of Indiana’s college and high school Latinos.

The leadership at the LEC is selected through consensus based on the enthusiasm and resourcefulness of the individuals. These positions will rotate each semester to ensure that all interested members have the opportunity to develop leadership skills through actual experience, and to allow for constant revitalization of the organization by the input of new ideas and positive energy.
The leadership for the Fall 2004 Semester committee is still
under consideration, contact us if you would like to actively participate
in the LEC's. |
