| Identifying
Prime Ministers and Foreign Ministers, and the dates they served,
can be very problematical for many countries, depending on the politics
and form of government of the country. Also, the date different
reference books provide can be the date of the election or the day
of taking office or even some other date. Once you start consulting
various reference tools you realize that very often they can present
and include different names and dates from each other. The lists
of Primes Ministers and Foreign Minters presented here should be
taken as very basic lists. They may be incomplete or even incorrect
in some places. Many of these individuals were active in the League
of Nations and sometimes served as delegates. There are several
useful reference books one can consult for more detailed information
and specific dates.
