About TRIP

Our lab primarily conducts implementation science, which is the study of methods to integrate evidence-based practices into the settings for which they were intended. The ultimate goal of our work is to improve the lives of youth and adults suffering from depression and anxiety disorders. We have a wide range of studies from those seeking to explain why Cognitive Behavioral Therapy works to searching for the “minimal intervention needed for change” to measure development studies.
