Outreach LYC
Outreach to Latin@ youth in Indianapolis.
In collaboration with the Latino/a Youth Collective of Indiana in Indianapolis, LGSA members have dedicated their time and talents to working with youth from elementary through PhDs. The Latino Youth Collective, an Indianapolis-based organization, provides resources and opportunities for youth to engage in personal and community development through critical pedagogy, grassroots organizing and collective action. We meet in Indianapolis every Friday evening at 6pm. For more info contact Andrea Robledo - email.
Seeing is believing! The group is hosting their annual film festival (all youth produced films) Saturday, September 26 at the Indianapolis Museum of Art from 11am-5pm.

Dinner Provided!

Join us for this program dedicated to our "Familias". The focus is to create unity in our community through our family stories and education. We ask
participants to come prepared to share stories, pictures, insight into their family lives of struggle, happiness and success. Dinner will be provided!

DEMA Science Saturday!

Serve as a Graduate Student Mentor for Science Saturday. Activities include going to the Children's Museum, lunch at IUPUI, and the Circle City Classic Football (Tuskegee vs. Alabama A&M) at Lucas Oil Stadium.
