*African American Cultural Center Library, IUB

Thank you to all library personnel who helped to make the transition of the African American Cultural Center (AACC) Library from Coulter Hall in Ashton Center to the new library in the Neal-Marshall Black Culture Center (NMBCC) a success!

The Grand Opening Ceremonies were magnificent, and during tours of the building visitors representing students, dignitaries from the university and government, alumni, and other special guests were all impressed with the facility. A special thanks to University Archives, especially Brad Cook, for his assistance to the researchers for the exhibit The Black Experience at Indiana University: Realizing the Dream 1816-2002, as well as a smaller exhibit that is featured in the library. Special thanks also to the Library Technology Office who assisted in providing the technology assistance, from the planning stages through the installation, to the new library including for the Collaborative Learning Center area in the new library that has state-of-the-art multi-media hardware & software.

A warm thank you, again, to one and all! Everyone is invited to come in for a visit of the new library in the NMBCC.
