*Digital Library Program Forum, IUB

Mark your calendars now! On March 31, the Digital Library Program will be offering two 3-hour sessions providing an overview of DLP initiatives and recent accomplishments. We will also discuss how to work with the DLP to plan and manage a digital project. The target audience will be librarians and professional staff.

The Digital Library Program Forum will be held in Main Library E174 from 9:00-noon and again from 1:00-4:00. Space will be limited, so please notify Jenn Riley at: jenlrile@indiana.edu which session you plan to attend and any particular interests with regard to topics. Some of the topics we will cover include: planning and managing a digital project, metadata, digitization, storage and delivery, and standards and best practices. As a result of these events, we will schedule follow-up workshops and more specialized learning opportunities for librarians and information technologists.
