*University Archives News, IUBThe Indiana University Archives in collaboration with the Indiana University Board of Trustees are pleased to announce the availability of the Board of Trustee meeting minutes from 1986-present in a searchable format on the Archives website.
This project was undertaken by the Archives and the Board of Trustee's office in an effort to make the Board's minutes more accessible to the members of the Board of Trustees and University administrators, and to researchers interested in the history of Indiana University. Sometime in the summer, the University Archives will provide access to the minutes from 1970 onward and to a subject index designed to further enhance user accessibility to such materials as proposals and official university policies. Arrangements for converting earlier historic minutes into documents available via the web are currently in the tentative planning stages.
Access to the minutes currently online can be obtained through the following URL http://www.indiana.edu/~libarch/trustees/minutes.shtml.
