Effective June 12 Jennifer Tolpa resigned from her position as Senior Circulation Assistant in the Fine Arts Library at IU-Bloomington.

Below are the final salary floors for librarians for 2002/03:

*Announcing the New Coordinator for the Humanities and Social Sciences Libraries
At the end of June, Steven Sowell will complete his term as Coordinator for the Humanities and Social Sciences Libraries.
I want to express my thanks to Steven for his service to the Libraries during this appointment. Steven has been of particular help to me as I continue to learn about and deal with the many needs and concerns of the campus libraries. As Coordinator, Steven provided guidance to heads of the individual HSS Libraries and he has been a strong advocate on behalf of the HSS Libraries with Library Administration and at Libraries Management Team meetings.
Effective July 1, 2002 Phil Bantin will assume the role as HSS Coordinator. Phil previously served in this capacity and we welcome his return as Coordinator.
