Effective July 25, Jennifer Gerber resigned from her position as Campus Library Coordinator at the Chemistry Library, IU-Bloomington.

We are pleased to welcome Julie Elliott to IUSB’s Schurz Library.
Julie holds a Master’s of Arts in English degree from Washington State University and the MLS from IU SLIS. While in Bloomington, she worked at the Halls of Residence Libraries in a variety of capacities. Before coming to IUSB, she was a reference librarian at Goshen Public Library. At IUSB, Julie will be working in reference and instruction and coordinating our public relations and outreach program.

Effective July 1, Judith Ford Anspach was appointed the Director of the Ruth Lilly Law Library and Professor of Law at the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis. She comes to the library from her position as Associate Dean of Information Service at Hofstra University School of Law. Other previous positions include library director and professor of law at University of New Mexico School of Law, director of library services at Thomas M. Cooley School of Law and associate law librarian at the University of Connecticut. Her teaching areas are Legal Research and Writing, Advanced Legal Research, and Animal Law Advocacy. She writes in the fields of library management and the use of technology in law libraries. She is the past president of the Michigan Law Library Association and has been the chair of the Association of American Law Schools Section on Libraries.
