*IUPUI Libraries Offer New Research Resources

As IUPUI students prepare final research for the Fall semester, the IUPUI Libraries have announced a new reference research tool called SFX, which is now available on the campus to assist students and faculty in their academic research. SFX supplements some existing research databases and provides a one click step for accessing full text articles, abstract services, a streamlined search of IUCAT, and quick access to other resources, thus making the research process more efficient and effective.

A demonstration of the SFX resource will be provided for those interested from the IUPUI campus on Monday, November 19, 2001 in the Lilly Auditorium, located on the Lower Level of the IUPUI University Library. Three orientation sessions will be offered at 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. and 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. For further information about the SFX service and orientation, please contact Kevin Petsche, Digital Libraries Team, at (317) 278-2330, or kpetsche@iupui.edu
