1. THANKS! THANKS! THANKS!
Thanks to the many people who helped make the opening of the Music Library's Performing Ensembles Division service point a reality in a very short period of time. We especially want to thank Clovis Lark and Amy Smith of the PED who moved much of the PED from its former location, Adam Gluckman (for troubleshooting many problems that arose and handling much of the publicity), people who assisted in getting the datajacks installed and the Circulation terminals activated (Ron Hafft, Gary Charbonneau, Melissa Stewart, and Jon Dunn of the IU Libraries and David Hershberger of UITS), and Jon Liechty and Brad Warren and their staff in the Music Library. It is always somewhat risky to make a major change of this sort at mid-semester and with little advance plan ning, but the superb efforts of those named above, Keith Welch and crew and others made this happen. Thanks again to all of you!
