Unicorn
This information is provided here for quick access by non-Bloomington Libraries staff. Unicorn information also can be found on the Libraries Intranet.
- Authorizations form: Fill out the authorizations form and send per the instructions on the form.
- Project management: Use this form to request Unicorn-related project work which will involve LIT or UITS staff.
- Problem reporting: The Unicorn Support Model (http://www.libraries.iub.edu/intranet/materials.php?Id=356&mt=procedure) is the IU system-wide model for reporting problems in Unicorn and IUCAT. Because Unicorn/IUCAT is an IU system-wide service, problems must be reported at the system level (UITS) rather than locally (LIT). Be sure to use the term Unicorn when reporting a problem.
