What is GeoRef?

GeoRef is an index to books, articles in books and journals and government publications related to the geosciences.

Georef contains citations to over 2.6 million publications in a wide variety of subject areas, including geology, geophysics, geochemistry, paleontology, geomorphology and physical geography.

GeoRef indexes materials on the geology of North America that have been published since 1693. It also covers materials on other parts of the World that have been published since 1933.
