What do the
Tabs at the top of the Search Results Do?
Once a search has been done in GeoRef, the search
results will be displayed on a page with several tabs across the top.
The first tab (All Publication Types) shows all types of
publications retrieved by the search. Subsequent tabs show only part of
the search results by the type of publication, such as articles in
Journals, Peer-Reviewed Journals, publications from
Conferences (including GSA, AAPG and AGU Abstracts) and Web Sites.

Clicking on the More>> tab reveals
additional results by publication type, including Books,
Reports, such as government publications, Dissertations
(including Master's Theses and Ph.D. Dissertations), and Maps.
Using these tabs might help you narrow your search results so that you
can find only a specific type of publication.
