Recently, the custodian here at the Geology Library left us a note saying that we should call Pest Control because he had seen an animal "bigger than a rat and smaller than a squirrel." After consulting further with the custodian, Pest Control set some live traps in the Geology Library. The animal, which turned out to be a flying squirrel, was caught some time Wednesday night (January 26, 2005) and has now been released outside. Geology Library staff have appropriately named him "Rocky." Links to Pictures of Rocky are listed below. Despite a thorough search of the Geology Library, we have not found Bullwinkle.
