The union of American actors and stage managers. Includes "Casting Call," a weekly listing of job notices for actors, dancers, singers, and stage managers.

The Obie Awards from the Village Voice
This site contains a searchable database of award winners for the past 40 years. The Obie Awards were created in 1956 to "publicly acknowledge and encourage the growth of the off-Broadway theater movement".

Shaw Festival Theatre
The only theatre festival that specializes in the plays of Bernard Shaw and other playwrights from the late 1800's and early 1900's. The festival theatres are located in scenic Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario (near Niagara Falls). This is the Festival's official website with information on season productions and players. Also provides information about the Niagara attractions and accommodations.

Stratford Festival
A non-profit repertory theatre festival, permanently located in Stratford, Ontario. Its purpose is to produce the best in classical and contemporary repertoire, with a special emphasis on the works of William Shakespeare. Shakespeare Theatre and Festivals

Actors' Theater of Columbus
This troupe stages mainly outdoor performances of theater classics. Admission is free for most of these shows. A special emphasis is given to the works of Shakespeare.
