American Public Health Association
- The American Public Health Association (APHA) is the oldest and largest
organization of public health professionals in the world, representing
more than 50,000 members from over 50 occupations of public health. The
Association and its members have been influencing policies and setting
priorities in public health since 1872.
The Cancer Report
- is a quarterly report to the public from the Ohio State University's cancer
programs of the latest and most important advances emerging from the
institution.

NIAID provides the major support and direction for the national cadre of
scientists conducting research to understand, treat and, ultimately, prevent
the many infectious, immunologic and allergic diseases that afflict people
worldwide. NIAID is composed of four extramural divisions: the Division of
AIDS, the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Transplantation, the
Division of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, and the Division of
Extramural Activities.
