Summer Closures: Library Closed, June 4-July 4 The Lilly Library will be closed from June 4-24 for updates to the electrical system. From June 25-July 3, the Reading Room will remain closed but public galleries will be open Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00. The Library will be closed for Independence Day on July 4.
The entire library will re-open with normal summer hours on Thursday, July 5. Please be aware that we will be unable to answer any reference emails we receive from June 4 through July 4. We will begin email service anew on July 5.

Lilly Library Fund: Gifts made to the Lilly Library Fund are used for general purposes that support the areas and opportunities of greatest need to the Lilly Library.

Friends of the Lilly Library Fund: Gifts made to the Friends of the Lilly Library Fund are used for acquisitions made by the Lilly Library or special projects, such as events, lectures and conservation projects.
