ANTIOCH REVIEW MSS.
The Antioch Review mss. ca. 1940–2007, consist of the correspondence, administrative files, author files, manuscript submission records and other miscellaneous documents pertaining to, but not limited to, fundraising, donors, publicity, prizes and awards of the literary publication. The Antioch Review was founded in 1940–1941 by a small group of Antioch College faculty who were seeking to establish an environment where "the voice of liberalism could be heard." In addition to exploring controversial and topical issues, the Review has always sought to provide a forum for new and emerging authors and poets as well as more established members of the literary community.
