CLAYTON MSS.
The Clayton mss. consists of the manuscripts of Bernard Clayton, 1916- , author and Indiana University News Bureau writer. Present are the printer's typescripts for The Complete Book of Breads, (Simon and Schuster, 1973), The Breads of France, (Bobbs-Merrill & Co., 1978), including the photographs used in the publication, and an unpublished manuscript entitled "The Breakaway Year".
