RED DUST MSS.

The Red Dust mss., ca. 1961–2000, consist of the correspondence, drafts, manuscripts, proofs, business records and book production materials, etc. for Red Dust Publications. According to Joanna Gunderson, author and publisher of Red Dust books, "Red Dust was started in 1961, with the purpose of publishing work thought unpublishable because of length, form or content." The first books to come out in 1963, included Mathis at Colmar, by Linda Nochlin and Sights, by Anna Holmes.
