CUNNINGHAM MSS.

The Cunningham mss., ca. 1985–2008, consist primarily of manuscripts, drafts, correspondence, and other material by scholar and writer Rodger Cunningham, Professor of English at Alice Lloyd College in Kentucky. Cunningham received both his M.A. (1972) and Ph.D (1980) in Comparative Literature from Indiana University. His book Apples on the Flood: the Southern Mountain Experience (1987) received the W.D. Weatherford Award in Appalachian Studies in 1988. Included in the papers are multiple drafts of his novel in progress, Ogma.
