Arranged alphabetically. Includes items relating to the Bingham Family businesses (The Courier-Journal, The Louisville Times, WHAS-AM/WAMZ-FM, WHAS-TV, Standard Gravure) before, during, and after the sale and split of the businesses. The majority of the coverage concerns the sale of the The Courier-Journal and The Louisville Times to Gannett Co., Inc. and the years after. This series also includes intra-family documents attempting to resolve stake-holder issues prior to Barry Bingham, Sr..s decision to sell all of the family businesses.
