GT. BRIT. ADMIRALTY MSS.
The Gt. Brit. Admiralty mss., 1811-1813, are duplicates of orders and letters to the commanders-in-chief at the Cape of Good Hope, Rear Admiral Robert Stopford, 1768-1847, and Rear Admiral Charles Tyler, 1760-1835. Most of the documents were signed by Sir John Barrow, 1764-1848, secretary of the admiralty. Included are twenty-nine printed documents signed and eight printed documents unsigned.
