The Hanson mss., 1947-1977, consists of letters from Emily Hahn, 1905- , author to Muriel Hanson, 1917- . The letters discuss activities, travels and writing projects of Miss Hahn, as well as the doings of family and friends.
The collection is not subject indexed. Mrs. Hanson has compiled a list of notes and name identifications for many references in the letters and this is available in the Vertical File.
