The Harrison, C. mss., 1838-1841, consist of letters from Christopher Harrison, 1775-1863, first lieutenant governor of Indiana, written from Easton, Maryland, to John Currey, - 1841, postmaster of Salem, Indiana, and, following Currey's death, to his daughter, Louisa A. Currey. They relate to Harrison's business affairs in Indiana, in which the Curreys acted as his agents. National happenings, Indiana news, and farm and garden plants and seeds are also mentioned.
