JOHNSON CORRESPONDENCE MSS.
The Johnson correspondence, 1942-1955, consists of letters written by and to Fred Bates Johnson, 1880-1963, lawyer, in regard to his Joseph Conrad collection. Some of the letters discuss the Thomas J. Wise forgeries.
Among the correspondents included are: William Maxwell Blackburn, Richard Curle, Isidore Rosenbaum Brussel, John D. Gordan, Wilfred George Partington, Arnold T. Schwab, Fannie Elizabeth Ratchford, and Morton Dauwen Zabel.
