LOCKHART MSS.

The Lockhart mss., 1927-1935, are papers of Oliver Cary Lockhart, 1879- , economist. He was a member of the commission of financial advisors to Ecuador and Bolivia, 1926-1927; to China, 1929; and advisor to the Ministry of Finance of the National Government of the Republic of China, 1929-1941. The papers cover this period of his assignment.
