PARKER, W.R. MSS.

The Parker, W.R. mss., 1937-1968, consist of the correspondence, writings and research notes of Milton scholar and Indiana University Professor of English William Riley Parker, 1906-1968. The materials include correspondence with libraries relating to a census of Milton holdings, notebooks containing entries for a Milton bibliography, and drafts, final manuscript and proofs of Parker's Milton: A Biography (Oxford, Clarendon Press, 1968).
