PLATH MSS. XI

The Plath, Sylvia mss. XI, ca. 2006-2011, consists of materials relating to the journal, Plath Profiles. William K. Buckley, professor at Indiana University, Northwest, created the journal in 2008 with the help of other Plath scholars at Smith College (MA), Indiana University (IN), and Oxford College (England). The collection includes correspondence regarding the creation and continuation of the journal, submissions to the journal, as well as publications on the topic of Plath from Buckley.

Plath Profiles is an interdisciplinary, international, academic journal focusing on the scholarly examinations and personal reflections related to Sylvia Plath and her work. The journal, created in 2008, is published annually on the Internet via Indiana University, Northwest. Memoirs, trade-sections, students essays, notes, sections to provide volumes, art, poetry, music, photos, archival research, biographical studies, and comments are examples of materials published.

William K. Buckley is a professor in the English Department at Indiana University, Northwest. Buckley was born in California in 1946. He received his Ph. D from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has published widely in poetry journals, chapbooks, and books. He is the winner of "Best Chapbook of the Year" from Modern Poetry in 1997. His work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. He is the current editor of Plath Profiles.
