REDL MSS.
The Redl mss., 1956-1959, consist of letters, postcards, and poems sent to Harry Redl, photographer of San Francisco, by various authors. Some are concerned with business affairs (photographs taken by him or matters involving book accounts); others are largely personal, containing in some cases observations on the contemporary literary scene.
The correspondents are: Robert Creeley, William Oliver Everson, Irving Layton, Marianne Moore, Anais Nin, Kenneth Patchen, and Selden Rodman.
Poems included are by Robert Creeley, Allen Ginsberg, and Michael McClure.
