The Trollope mss., 1830, 1947, consist of notebooks and a rough draft by Mrs. Frances (Milton) Trollope, 1780-1863, novelist, of Domestic Manners of the Americans; notes by Donald Arthur Smalley, 1907- , professor, to Domestic Manners of the Americans; and poems and memoranda of Henry Trollope, 1811-1834.
